Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made from G11 Peptides.
All products sold are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
Due to the specialist nature of laboratory research materials, cancellation rights are limited.
1. Right to Cancel (Before Dispatch)
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the order will be treated as final.
2. After Dispatch
Once goods have been dispatched:
- orders cannot be cancelled, and
- change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- refusal of delivery
- failure to collect the parcel
- return to sender due to customs or courier issues
Such circumstances do not constitute a valid cancellation.
3. Research-Use Goods & Sealed Products
Due to contamination-control, safety, and integrity requirements for laboratory materials:
- sealed, sterile, or research-use products are not eligible for cancellation once dispatched, as they fall within the statutory exemption for goods which are not suitable for return for health protection, hygiene, or contamination-control reasons once sealed and supplied; and
- opened, unsealed, or tampered goods cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
4. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Where goods are proven to be faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied, remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable UK law, as set out in our Refunds & Returns Policy.
