Refunds & Returns Policy

This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from G11 Peptides.

Due to the nature of research-use laboratory materials, returns are strictly limited.

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns and refunds are accepted only where:

  • the product is faulty,

  • the product is damaged on arrival, or

  • the incorrect item was supplied.

Products cannot be returned once packaging has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with.

2. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and

  • clear photographic evidence of the issue must be provided.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Refunds or returns are not accepted for:

  • change of mind

  • misuse of products

  • improper storage or handling by the purchaser

  • customs refusal, seizure, or import restrictions

  • delays caused by customs or third-party carriers

4. Discretion & Legal Compliance

All refund or replacement decisions are made at our discretion, subject to applicable UK consumer law, and limited to cases where products are faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied.
