Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with G11 Peptides.

1. Dispatch Location & Processing

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided where applicable.

2. UK Shipping

We offer shipping within the United Kingdom as standard.

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch):

  • Standard Tracked Delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Express Tracked Delivery: 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier conditions.

3. International Shipping (Case-by-Case)

International shipping may be arranged by request only and is subject to regulatory approval.

For international orders, the purchaser is solely responsible for:

  • ensuring the products are legal to import into their country

  • customs clearance

  • payment of any import duties, taxes, or fees

We are not responsible for delays, refusals, seizures, or restrictions imposed by customs authorities or courier services.
No refunds will be issued for orders delayed, seized, or rejected by customs.

4. Packaging

All products are supplied in sealed vials and clearly labelled for laboratory research use only.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • clear photographs of the outer packaging, and

  • photographs of the vial label(s)

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
