You can complete a payment using the Fena Pay by Bank open banking platform directly at an online checkout, via a payment link, or by scanning a QR code.

🛒 Step-by-Step Instructions

  • ✅ Select the payment method: Choose Pay by Bank (or Instant Bank Transfer) at the merchant's checkout, or click the payment link sent to you.
  • 🔎 Choose your bank: Pick your UK bank or building society from the list of supported providers displayed on the screen.
  • 📱 Decide on your device: Continue directly on your mobile device, or stay on your desktop computer.
  • 📲 Scan or redirect: If you are on a desktop, scan the QR code with your phone's camera, or let the screen redirect you straight to your mobile banking app.
  • 🔐 Authenticate the transfer: Log in to your banking app and verify the payment using your usual method, such as Face ID, fingerprint, or a passcode.
  • 🗒 Review and authorise: Check that the payment amount and recipient details are correct, then tap Confirm or Authorise.
  • 🗓 Return for confirmation: Wait a few seconds for the app to finish processing, then look at your screen to see the order confirmation page.
