Product & Research Profile
CJC 1295 No DAC is the name commonly used for a modified growth hormone-releasing hormone fragment based on GHRH(1-29) that does not contain the Drug Affinity Complex used in the albumin-binding DAC form.
The modified peptide backbone is designed for greater enzymatic stability than native GHRH(1-29), while the absence of the DAC moiety provides an important structural distinction from CJC 1295 with DAC. This makes the compound useful for comparative laboratory investigation of GHRH-receptor interaction, peptide stability, structure–activity relationships and the influence of albumin-binding modifications on peptide behaviour.
Its defined relationship to the GHRH signalling pathway also makes it relevant to receptor-binding studies, analytical characterisation and comparative research involving other GHRH analogues.
Supplied as a lyophilised powder in sealed laboratory vials, CJC 1295 No DAC is available in 5mg and 10mg quantities for research and analytical applications.
