FOXO4-DRI (Lyophilised)
Product & Research Profile
FOXO4-DRI is a synthetic research peptide designed as a D-retro-inverso analogue of a FOXO4-derived peptide sequence. Its D-amino-acid retro-inverso configuration is specifically engineered to preserve key spatial side-chain relationships while improving resistance to proteolytic degradation compared with conventional L-peptide sequences.
FOXO4 is a member of the forkhead box O family of transcription factors and is involved in regulation of cellular stress-response pathways, cell-cycle control and interactions with proteins such as p53. FOXO4-DRI is therefore of particular interest in controlled laboratory research examining FOXO4–protein interactions, transcription-factor signalling, peptide stability and structure–activity relationships.
Its unusual retro-inverso architecture also makes FOXO4-DRI valuable for comparative research into peptide design, protease resistance, molecular recognition and analytical characterisation of modified peptide systems.
Supplied as a lyophilised powder in sealed laboratory vials for research and analytical applications.
