SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic small-molecule research compound developed as a pan-agonist of the estrogen-related receptor family, with activity at ERRα, ERRβ and ERRγ and its strongest reported activity at ERRα.

Estrogen-related receptors are nuclear receptors involved in regulation of cellular energy metabolism, mitochondrial function and oxidative gene-expression pathways. Laboratory research with SLU-PP-332 has therefore focused on ERR-mediated transcription, mitochondrial respiration, cellular bioenergetics and metabolic pathway analysis.
