KLOW is a four-component research blend combining GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB500 and KPV in a single lyophilised preparation. GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide composed of glycine, histidine and lysine complexed with copper. Laboratory research has examined its interaction with extracellular-matrix processes, collagen-related pathways, cellular signalling, gene expression and copper-dependent biochemical mechanisms.

BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid pentadecapeptide investigated in experimental models involving endothelial signalling, cellular migration, nitric-oxide-related pathways and VEGFR2/PI3K/Akt/eNOS-associated molecular mechanisms.

TB500 is a thymosin beta-4-related research peptide associated with actin-dependent cellular processes. Research involving thymosin beta-4-derived systems includes investigation of actin dynamics, cytoskeletal organisation, cellular migration and peptide–protein interactions.

KPV is the tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val and corresponds to the C-terminal sequence of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. Its compact structure has made it of interest in laboratory studies involving inflammatory signalling pathways, NF-κB-associated mechanisms and peptide-mediated cellular responses.

The four components remain distinct molecules within the blend rather than forming a new chemical entity.
